Shut Up & Speak
This is the best. I use Shut Up & Speak in all my public speaking classes AND it's the basis for many of my writing courses. This is a great book, and I wish I had it when I was in college. Get this book! It will be great reference for your teaching and for your own public speaking.

must-have for speakers
I had no clue how to give a speech, but this book told me everything I need to know. If you have to give speeches, this is the best book out there (and I've read them all desperately searching for one that would help!) I use the simple, practical ideas here for presentations at work and in classes. Now I don't avoid public speaking ... I make the most of it!
