This book does not give much information on implementing PeopleSoft technically. Rather, it's a book that advertises the capabilities of PeopleSoft and its different Modules. This book teaches consultants how to do project management rather than how to use peopletools. I would not recommend this book for technical people. It's a book for consultants, who wants to know things to consider in implementing peoplesoft, what resources are needed and how to go about with a project.
