I found the book very informative and realistic, given today's loose standards of dating. For the person not with lots of experince I find this book very helpful and enlightening. The chapter on intimacy was good. I have used many of the author's words of wisdom and find that they do work, as well as those words on dating organizations and how limited they are. Liz Hart does tell it like it is.
