11 experts on library staff development share ideas
This is a must read for all library staff. The editor compiles chapters written by 11 experts. Although written with the British library system in mind this can be very pertinent to the US system also.In his chapter on staff development for library assistants, Phil Sykes looks toward the future. He explains convergence and its accompanying changes. I highly recommend this book for all library collections.
