"THE" How to book for managing IT projects. Including Gov't
This is the "how to" book for managing IT projects. As a project manager for a Big 5 system integrator working with the Government, this book is a must read. It helped to bring calamity to my day-to-day.
This book helped to put an end to many sleepless nights.

Jeremy has obviously put much thought into easily presenting this material to benefit the novice and the expert Project Manager a like. It's a small price to pay for a good night's sleep.

Easy Project Management
Are you currently having a difficult time managing multiple projects at a time? Missing critical deadlines? Trying to find a way to organize all of your projects? I know I was. I remember seeing a presentation on project management and how an effective strategy it was getting multiple projects done. At first I did not believe it, but after reading Mr. Kadlec's book I am now a believer. Six months after I read this book, I was able to meet all of my projects deadlines. This book is easy to read and the examples are easy to adapt too. You can tell this book was just not written from research, but from just good old fashion trial and error experience. Buy this book now you will not regret it.
