Good overview
While this book does not cover every possible situation, it does provide insight into those which are most relevant. It was well written and proceeds in a logical fashion. I found chapter 10, covering taxes and fees, particularly helpful. If you are new to the commercial aspects of the telecom world, this is a good place to start.
