Pretty Basic Stuff
Only someone who has never lived before would find this book at all helpful. It defines concepts that I found were too basic to be of any real help. It also mixes different types of management styles and yet doesn't delve into their differences. Most of the other concepts were worthy of a 200 level university course. I would say skip it.

I found a lot of the information regarding supervision and such to be "common sense", stuff that anyone who has worked for a mid to large company already would know
