This is an excellent step-by-step recovery guide!
I have struggled with cybersex problems for over a year, and this book is the only one that really helped me overcome and address my addiction. I spent nearly 40 hours a week in sex chat rooms and this caused a great deal of pain in my work and marriage. Dr. Young's book provided a simple yet comprehensive recovery plan that helped me to stay off the computer for sex chat while still being able to use it for work-related purposes. She outlined why cybersex is so appealing and provided practical and concrete exercises to stay sober even when relapse was a mouse click away. While the book focused on the individual cybersex addict, there was plenty of material that helped my wife understand my problem and a chapter on how couples can rebuild trust and communication. My wife found this very helpful and we really have made a new start. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has struggled with cybersex addiction. Similar Products
