The best book written about the est training
I had the opportunity of doing the est Training 25 years ago, and this book is the best example of what went on inside the training room. It is an account of one person's experience and everytime I read the book I can "get" the training all over again.

An amazing book about an amazing experience!
This is an astonishing book! It purports to relate the experience of the original EST seminars, and gives a real insight into what it must have been like to take the training. My only regret is that I read the book too late to take the training! If you can get a copy of this anywhere, buy it, and read it and be transformed by the possibilities it creates.
