A must-have toolbox for OD & training professionals!
Great active learning, OD and training tools to assist professionals with assessment, team deployment, change implementation, creating a learning systems, leadership, etc.. There are 40 reproducible activities, handouts, assessments and guides by leading training and OD professionals. The tools are 1-5 page nuggets designed for easy use. I am a contributor (The Circle of Organizational Change) and am very proud to be part of this effort. I have already used 3 of the tools/activities with clients of mine... very succesful. Buy it now!!!
