Great insightful book!

This book offers helpful insight into creating corporate change that is supported by the work force. It is a must for every manager, employee and people interested in the dynamics making change in the business world. This book contains many enlightening, even humourous case studies which accompany the theory. Strebel's book is a refreshing change from traditional, dull management books.
