Good Guide for performance improvement
I highly recommend this book. The book is very thorough in its coverage, east to read, and easy to implement.

The book was very educational. The authors really knew what they were talking about. They understood how tough it can be to be a trainer and the obsticles we are faced with every day.They gave an abundance of information to overcome any training hurdle.
