"The Conflict Management Skills Workshop"
This book is an incredible resource for corporate trainers and college instructors! I was able to use the activities in this workbook with my traditional classes, as well as my adult learners in factory and union settings. Students learn better with hands-on activities and through the use of antecdotel stories they can remember. This book combines both to make for a fruitful learning experience.
