I am becoming a real fan of the author's works!
As with her other diversity materials, this tape is good at providing the listener with a base or reference framework. She does not take a posture of attack defense in her explainations. And through her own life experiences she offers many welcomed alternatives. Again, by tying this tape in with her other tapes and books, one could easily start to develop a special sense of balance. A writer to be watched!

The writer's material is thought provoking.
The writer has gone into a tough area of personal bias in a way that helps the listener to identify and better express just how they feel and relate when it comes to the matter of prejudices. An expert at her craft, the writer's tape selection dovetails very well with her writings in this arena. Here is an example of a national speaker who has expanded her abilities to not only provide her materials with a vigor and delight that comes through in person, in print, and now on tape. A purchase here is an example of capital well spent.
