A Must Have!
Gardenswartz, Rowe, Martin, and Dingh hit it well with this one. All of these powerful writers and trainers bring their energy and experience to the page with this must-have for interculturalists and diversity trainers, domestic or international. With a strong goal of helping trainers tap personal, interpersonal, and organizational aspects of diversity and change, this book is a wonderful tool filled with powerful and practical exercises and tools for training and working with groups. Written very practically and conversationally, it is as if the authors are sitting with you as they discuss their tools. And included with the book is a CD ROM with activities from each chapter in multiple formats for your use. I highly recommend this book and am pleased to have it on my desk.
