great read, a must for service industry employers/ees

Whether you are a frustrated employee, or a "successful" CEO, rating yourself and your company with these universal principles and qualities will be sure to give you some surprises. GET A GRIP ON LEADERSHIP
I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, and this is by far the most useful book for both the manager and the front line employee. Burwash states that "we are all leaders" and that is absolutely true. I strongly recommend that team leaders, HR leaders, and front line associates read this, and USE it. It will make a definite impact on the quality of your professional and personal life!
