Don't leave home without it!
In the past five years I have given this book as a gift to more than fifty colleagues and used the text as part of a bibliography to support training initiatives on leadership and decision-making. Clearly written with abundant examples of business dilemmas that we face every day, the six question model provides a realistic, positive and useful tool for decision-making in both our professional and private lives.

Presents interesting situations, but doesn't get very far
Michael Rion's book started out with promise, presenting six different managers facing both business and ethical problems. Unfortunately, the book did not do a good job of moving beyond individual situations to a more general theory. I felt it needed more to be an effective and useful guide to leadership.
