This book was great
I highly recommend this book to young women who would like to excell in their lives. It has tremendous insights.

rather remedial
This book seemed a bit basic and remedial to me. I'm in my mid-twenties and I have read a few motivational books. This one is filled with advice that is very general and obvious. The book might be helpful for someone in their late teens to early twenties. For anyone who has a fair amount of job and dating experience, the book is rather useless.

The Older Sister I always wanted!
I found this book incredibly helpful, and full of the type of wisdom you would hope to glean from an older sister. The first time I read it I was a sophomore in college, and it inspired me to take opportunities I would have otherwise not considered. Well now I am about to graduate, and I will certainly be rereading it soon. I remember one of their suggestions regarding the interview process, and I passed their advice on to two of my friends who used their suggestion and landed the jobs(positions) they were seeking. I do think that the book is probably better for either younger (primarly college-aged women) or women who have who need a refresher in how to get a life! Great book!
