Good Work!
This book is first of its kind insofar as it brings together the work done by a number of economists in the field of conflict and war. The authors are prolific writers on war and conflict. Treatment of issues relating to armament spending, political competetion and modeling conflict is detailed. For anyone researching on conflict, whether in a corporate finance framework to political economy and war, this is a good reference. Economists have some useful insights on modeling conflict and war as an equilibrium outcomes. Political economy of war and conflict is a new area and this is a good starting point.
