Great Reference
As a comp analyst, I had to read this book for a large project, and found this to be a big help. It really sheds light on a difficult aspect of compensation which is sales force compensation design and administration. This is a good book to pu on your shelf if you are needing to reference ideas and driving forces behind sales comp. I highly recommend it as a primer for beginners and a review for the pros.
