Fabulous psychological self-help book
I read this book some years ago and have been desperately trying to find a copy ever since. This is a fabulous book, not as simplistic as the usual psychology book which promises and then fails to deliver - it has some interesting testing techniques where you answer questions and it tells you what type of defence mechanisms you use on a daily basis. I tested both my husband and myself and it revealed things I hadn't even consciously thought about. For anybody who has an interest in learning more about why they do the things they do, this publication is a must! Most highly recommended. Similar Products
