So accurate that it's like Dilbert!
What struck me the most about the book, is the underlying attitude of temping, and how perfectly it comes through in the writing. Brian has captured the essence of life as a temp, exactly! I've been temping for years, and agree completely with the benefits and advantages of life as a temp, and now I pass copies of this book on to anyone I know who comes to me complaining about their full-time job.

Loved IT !!! One of the BEST BOOKS (Funniest) I'VE EVER READ
This book will have you in stitches.

He's got a line in there, "What .. reading a book on temping. What will you read next .. a book on how to catch a bus." Well, it is pretty close to that one.

Don't read this book if you are steadily employed and are thinking about quitting your job .. because the author makes temping sound too appealing and YOU WILL QUIT YOUR JOB!

This is a GREAT BOOK if you FIND YOURSELF IN THIS SITUATION. He sort of skips over some big areas like the fact that despite discrimination laws, clients suggest .. er hint, most of the time they want females (95% of the time) etc. etc. And also the fact that there's a lot of kissing up to get work. If you don't have ace computer skills, a people personality, persistance and the ability to pucker-up .. well then, maybe this isn't the occupation for you.
