Don't Waste Your Money
This book has little to nothing to do with Zen. It presents a series of trite comments about how individuals look at their experiences and then would have it's reader repeat the mantra, "Everything that happens to me only happens so that I can be benefited in the maximum amount possible." If that's too long, it provides a shorter version, "This is for my benefit." I mistakenly bought it thinking that it might have been a re-issue of a work by the mid-20th century author, "Wei Wu Wei," someone known for his profound writings. The "Zen of Happiness" is unfortunately just New Age garbage. Save your money.
