Good, solid info for the new cosmetologist.
This book was a happy surprise. It's full of information and ideas for the new cosmetologist. Ideas and info re: how to interview, communication, and even cut, perm, and color techniques. I'd recommend it highly for cosm. students at any level of study. Upbeat and inspiring. Glad I ordered it.
