Good intro-level orientation of Disney as employer
Provides a short overview of Disney as a prospective employer. Disney appears to have the reputation of being a good employer, with a highly focused mission, and a devoted, energetic core, but very difficult to get into without "connections". Barring an family member who knew Walt and Roy personally, this is one of the better collections I've seen of intro level Disney career information. The focus appear to be on newly graduating MBAs. If you are looking for a different line of work in the huge Disney organization, it's detail is of some general interest. Also, it appears the writers extensively interviewed some "insiders" to collect the story. I suspect some of that information can become dated over time. I found some of the corporate cultural perspectives and terminology useful. This product definitely fills a need. Though a tad pricy, it was worth the investment for the nuggets it contained.
