A friend of mine lent me his copy of this book so I could get a better idea of what it takes to own and run a B&B. It is quite a romantic notion to own a B&B when you stay in one. When you read this book you will find that there is a lot behind the scenes including tons of laundry. Have you thought about how to cook for 12 people at once? How about handling slow times like off-season? Should you buy an existing B&B or create your own within your current home.
