Where similiar books use things such as '101 ways to blah blah blah' this book does no such thing, I found nothing in it to be simply something to embellish the thickness of the book. Each section is relevant to the subject at hand and covers it in every conceivable aspect.
I rate this book with 5-stars because I fully believe that the book deserves it, it offered everything with results to back it up.
