Gentle, forgiving, spiritual healing
Book was a gift from someone who calls it her "Bible" - Your spirit is ALWAYS doing its best to support your aliveness. Depression, anger, fear, etc.should be honored - your spirit is doing its best to nurture you in difficult circumstances. Instead of TRYING TO CHANGE -- acceptance ALLOWS self-love & change to happen. I am reading slowly - & learning a lot!
