Helped me Win 2 World Titles
I recieved this book, from a friend, as I was reaching the top of my shooting career. It IS the very best mental managment system there is. It helps me when there seems there is nothing else to improve on. With Mr. Bassham's ideas I earned 2, back to back world skeet titles and have reached the consistance in my shooting that I have always wanted. I recomend this to anyone who seriously participates in any sport, not only shooting. 2001 and 2002 Ladies Junior World Skeet Champion

The best Mental System program I have come across.
I met a gentleman from Korea who was personally taught by Lanny Bassham. Eun-chul Lee won an Olympic gold medal in the 92 games. After his advice I read the book and applied the techniques. I must admit for me it took some time for the results but the wait was well worth it. The mental management system helped me accomplish a National title. This is a book you need to read more than once. Take the advice from Mr. Lee who has won. Use the system. Similar Products
