Changed my self-esteem forever
My freshman year of college was a very difficult time. I struggled with liking myself. I struggled to make friends and feel accepted. I found comfort from this book as I began to really believe in my heart that I was special for who I am inside. My self concept is no longer based on external factors like performance or looks. It is based on who I am in Christ! I am now 32 years old and would still recommend this book to others struggling with these issues. Too bad it is no longer in print!
