great book and very practical
I have to say this book is the best book on developing your sixth sense ive read. And i have read alot of them !!! With out mixing u all up with all that spiritual stuff . she gives u a clear understanding of what it is and how it works.............I loved it !!!

Intriguing
Anyone who finds the thought of psychic powers intriguing will enjoy this book, written by someone with one foot in each world: that of the skeptics and that of the believers.The author Muriel's highly psychic mother grew up in Scotland where her gifts were appreciated but also seen as commonplace. Muriel herself became a nurse and learned to look at life with a more rigorous scientific view.
In this book, she alternates delightful anecdotes about her mother with scientific research on psychic powers. She also offers exercises and assignments through which the reader can learn to access his or her own psychic powers. The point seems to be to relax and let yourself attain a state of uninhibited childlike wonder: a good approach for life in general!
